The location of the hotel is great, nestled in a green area and close to a small shopping mall and sports center. It provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a bathtub in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast offered a variety of options, although there is room for improvement in terms of the selection. the pool and park area were enjoyed by guests, providing a pleasant outdoor activity.
There was some miscommunication and lack of coordination between the reservations and front desk staff, leading to confusion and disappointment among guests.

We spent a great weekend in this hotel near Nuvali, with a variety of outdoor attractions. the hotel staff gave us a warm welcome, helped us with our luggage, and made us feel safe and comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Asian and Western foods to choose from. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi, Fi, which allowed us to stay connected to the world.
The hotel bed was quite hard and the blankets were rough. our check, in experience was frustrating, as the hotel staff was not knowledgeable about the amenities advertised on their website.
